Carlos brings with him 18 years of experience from SCAN Health Plan, where he built strong relationships with medical groups, community centers, clients, and even competitors. Known for his friendly and easygoing demeanor, Carlos also upholds high personal standards that align perfectly with our mission for extraordinary customer service.
During his time at SCAN, Carlos was a top producer for 10 consecutive years, earning him a spot in the prestigious “Producers Club” since its inception. This achievement provided him with unique opportunities to connect with SCAN’s leadership and deepen his understanding of how to best serve his clients.
As I shared in last month’s newsletter, the idea of starting our insurance agency was inspired by Carlos. He envisioned
helping our community in ways that went beyond his capacity at his previous employer, and together, we knew we could build something great.
Carlos and I have been married for 23 years, and we are blessed with three beautiful daughters and one grandson, whom you may have seen in our family pictures. He is an excellent parent, son, friend, and a dependable advisor. We are excited to continue this journey together as we build an organization we are truly proud of.
