The annual election period is fast approaching, starting October 15th and wrapping up on December 7th. If you’re considering making adjustments to your current plan, this period is our golden window to meet and discuss. If you are happy with your plan, this is a reminder that no action is needed.

In line with our dedication to transparency, Ethics, and Integrity, allow me to shed light on some pivotal updates:
1. Scope of Appointment Changes: In a move that prioritizes your convenience and our mutual connection, there’s a policy shift starting from 2024. The Scope of Appointment, which allows us to address queries related to your plans, will now be valid for a full 12 months. What this means is less forms for you, as there’s no need to fill out a new Scope for every interaction. We’ll send you a fresh Scope soon. Kindly sign, date, and return it to us to ensure seamless communication in the coming year.
2. New Communications Guidelines: The bane of robocalls has been a topic of much discussion. With new regulations in place, all agencies are required to verify their phone systems. Upholding our commitment to Extraordinary Customer Service, we’ve taken prompt action to adhere to these guidelines. But, if you’ve ever encountered difficulty reaching us, I truly apologize.
