Six years ago, I took a leap of faith to become a licensed Health and Life Insurance agent with one simple mission: to make the Medicare journey easier and provide the kind of support I felt was missing in the marketplace.
Over time, that mission grew. We started by focusing on Medicare, ensuring individuals had the guidance they needed to make confident decisions. Then, we expanded to Individual and Family Plans to support our clients’ loved ones, led by our wonderful team member, Eunice Patterson. Last year, we added Small Group Insurance, allowing us to help small businesses protect their most valuable asset—their team. I’ve taken the lead in this area, and I’m excited to see how this expansion helps us make an even greater impact.
In August, my husband Carlos joined West Compass Insurance as Vice President of Sales, a dream we’ve worked
toward for years. Many of you had the chance to meet him during the Annual Election Period, where he led client meetings and presentations with care and expertise.
We also welcomed Manuela Garzon as our new Client Success Specialist in September. Many of you know Manuela as my former Virtual Assistant. She approached her first Annual Election Period with grace, tenacity, and a commitment to ensuring every client received the attention they deserved.
Finally, I’d like to highlight Denise Redden, a valued member of our team for many years. Denise, who became a grandmother two years ago, now lovingly cares for her granddaughter while continuing to assist us on a seasonal basis and as needed. Her passion for connecting with and helping our clients is unmatched, and we are truly blessed to have her on our team.
Our Marketing and Operations is led by Camilo Santos, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
