HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We have circled the sun and are again starting a whole new year filled with opportunities. So as those of you who have been my clients for a while may know by now, I am in the process of my yearly review and writing my 2024 Future Me letter. (For more on that click here to read my 2023 reflection). This yearly reflection allows me to look back at what we have accomplished, the obstacles we have overcome and write a roadmap to where we are headed as an organization. I also carefully select a word that will drive our decisions for the year.
In 2024, that word is IMPACT.
Personally, I want to have a positive impact on my community, my family, and my health. Professionally, I want to ensure that as an organization we have a deeper IMPACT on the communities we serve, our employees, and healthcare.
We have been blessed to have the support of our amazing clients (I continue to insist that we have the BEST Clients), wonderful and growing relationships with our partners in the medical groups and carriers, and the opportunity to voice the challenges that we face in healthcare through our involvement with California Agents and Health Insurance Professionals (CAHIP).
We want to make sure that we work hard to continue to earn your trust and support and that as an organization, we are reflecting Our mission of empowering Medicare recipients on their health insurance journey with
simplicity, extraordinary service, unwavering integrity, and knowledge.”
