We are at a time and age where if you do not know someone personally that has been affected by cancer, you at least have heard of an acquaintance. Personally, I have lost a dear friend to cancer, I’ve celebrated another beating cancer, I’ve prayed for family members fighting cancer. The statistics are astonishing. According to the AACR, in the last three years the number of cancer survivors has risen to 18 million people in the US. The number of deaths caused by cancer has been decreasing since 1991, avoiding the death of more than 3.5 million people in the United States. The beauty of modern science teaches us that  “almost 40% of these deaths can be prevented by incorporating a few steps into your life.” Learn these easy steps here: https://www.aacr.org/patients-caregivers/awareness-months/national-cancer-prevention-month/
