Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation, a normal human response, and small amounts can be good for us, but can also become unhealthy when it upsets our day-to-day functioning.  Continuous stress can have some consequences on our health if it’s not addressed in a timely manner. . April is National Stress Awareness Month 

The folks  from the National Institutes of Health wrote an article called “National Stress Awareness Month” where they help us to understand this condition, help us to understand the importance of identifying it on time and give us strategies and tools to learn how to manage it and deal with it.
