During this special time of the year, my calendar is filled with presentations across the various counties we serve. My aim? To disseminate vital information to our cherished clients, their loved ones, and the broader community. Many of you are familiar with my work, conducting these sessions on behalf of major carriers like Aetna, Blue Shield, and United Healthcare, and collaborating closely with medical groups for plan comparison meetings tailored to the unique needs of their patients.

 It’s not uncommon to see familiar faces in these sessions   —our dedicated clients seeking a refresher, eager to learn about the latest plans, or perhaps just wanting to reconnect with us. 

 My passion lies in making complex topics like Medicare simple and accessible, and accompanying you every step of your journey. Our team effort ensures your questions never go unanswered, and to better serve you, we’ve expanded our team. Last week marked our inaugural Client Exclusive Townhall via Zoom, and it was such a pleasure to see so many of you there. The session was brimming with insightful questions, valuable suggestions, and a lively discussion on how these meetings enrich our community. A heartfelt shoutout to one of our newest Medicare members, who highlighted the need for guidance for new enrollees during the Annual Election Period. We’re on it, and you can expect an email addressing this very topic next week.
