The letters, the commercials, the phone calls, they are all back for Medicare’s Annual Election Period. Here is the good news: almost none of it is for you to sort out. Your part is small. The heavy lifting is ours.

Open one thing: your ANOC. Your plan mails you an Annual Notice of Change every fall. It is simply your plan telling you what is different for next year, your costs, your covered drugs, your doctors, your benefits. Give it a quick look. If anything seems off, send it to us and we will tell you exactly what it means for you.

Tell us what changed for you. A new medication, a new doctor, a new pharmacy, a new need. Even a small change can move which plan fits you best, so the one thing we ask is that we have your current information.

Then just reply. We use your Annual Medicare Review Questionnaire to review your coverage for next year. If something changed, complete it. If everything is the same, simply tell us so. Either way, we take it from there and confirm your plan still keeps your doctors and still makes sense for the year ahead.

Did you get a letter from your carrier or medical group? If your plan is leaving, or your medical group or a doctor is changing networks for 2027, we have already been reaching out to you about it. If we have connected, wonderful, we have it from here. If we have not heard from you yet, this is the moment. Please send in your questionnaire or give us a call so we can help you choose an alternative that keeps your doctors and fits your needs. We do not want you caught without the coverage you count on.

You do not need to compare every plan or make sense of every envelope. A little from you, and we handle the detailed review. If you have not responded yet, now is a great time. Complete your questionnaire, or just let us know nothing has changed, and consider it done.
