How Do Virtual Meetings Work?

After you submit your RSVP, you will receive an email with the link for joining the meeting.

  1. Click the link
  2. This will launch Google Meet if you already have it on your computer. If you do not have Google Meet, it will prompt you to download and run Meet (don’t worry–it is fast and easy. Just follow the prompts!)
  3. Click “Allow” when asked if you want to allow this page to open Google Meet
