How Do Virtual Meetings Work?
After you submit your RSVP, you will receive an email with the link for joining the meeting.
- Click the link
- This will launch Zoom if you already have it on your computer. If you do not have Zoom, it will prompt you to download and run Zoom (don’t worry–it is fast and easy. Just follow the prompts!)
- Click “Allow” when asked if you want to allow this page to open Zoom
